  • Developed and implemented a global talent review strategy that provided visibility to talent at all levels.
  • Designed a global goal-based performance management and compensation strategy for over 4,000 associates delivering a 98% completion rate in the first year.
  • Redesigned the organizational structure for a $1.2B business that optimized talent strengths and delivered business objectives as well as $3.4M savings.
  • Guided the human resources initiatives for a newly acquired business to introduce culture and processes to new associates. Led the talent review and restructuring activities post-acquisition.
  • Co-Led an organizational culture and competency development initiative to inculcate new values and behaviors while increasing employee engagement in a multi-division global business.
  • Developed and led a high potential leadership development program; recruiting 25 high potential new graduates into the organization.
  • Guided the inaugural engagement survey for over 1200 employees, receiving an 87% completion rate. Led the data analysis, communication planning, and associate workgroups to deliver actions plans.

In The Community

Since moving to St. Louis in 2003, Monica has been active in the community, particularly with organizations that support children, education, and social justice.  She was Board President of Girls in the Know, Gala Chair and Committee member for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Member of the St. Louis Regional Chamber Degrees that Work Committee and active on Tillman Elementary School PTO Committee.  Monica has also been a United Way Leadership Giver for 5+ years.
